Shipping Policy

At ohprom.com, we offer customized evening gowns, wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses. Our gowns are made to order to meet the unique needs of each client. Therefore, a certain amount of production time is required before shipment. Typically, it takes us 7-9 business days to process your order, and then additional shipping time is required depending on the shipping method you choose.

For customers with urgent needs, we offer expedited order service for an additional $40. This will reduce the processing time to 5-10 business days. If you choose this service, please be sure to indicate your desired delivery date at checkout.

Customs Duties:
Customs duties incurred on international shipments are covered by us to minimize your concerns.

Shipping and Tracking:
Once your order ships, we will upload your tracking number to our order system. You can then track your package through the Global Logistics website: www.17track.net.
