We appreciate your trust in Ohprom and are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made dresses along with excellent customer service. To ensure a smooth post-purchase experience, please read our after-sales policies carefully.
1. Contact Us Promptly
If there is any issue with your order, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the dress. Our team will work with you to find the most suitable solution. You can reach us anytime at service@ohprom.com.
2. About Try-On and Multiple Orders
We do not support customers ordering multiple dresses to try on at home and returning the ones they don’t keep. All our dresses are custom-made for each order, so we appreciate your understanding.
3. Minor Issues & Partial Refunds
If your dress has a small issue that doesn’t affect the overall wearability, we suggest keeping or donating the dress. In such cases, we can offer a partial refund as compensation.
4. Return Policy
If you insist on returning the dress, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving it.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping fees and rush order service fees are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Dresses that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to improper handling cannot be returned.

Returns due to personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like it” or “don’t need it anymore”) are not accepted, as each dress is made to order.
5. Exchange Policy for Customized Dresses
Customized dresses are not eligible for unconditional exchanges. If you still wish to exchange a dress, please contact our customer service team to negotiate material costs, handling fees, and reshipping fees.
6. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, our team begins dress production.

If you still wish to cancel, a $50 or $80 labor fee will be charged.

For complex or high-cost designs, cancellation after 12 hours will incur a 50% charge.
7. Parcels in Transit
Due to the high cost and complexity of international logistics, we cannot process refunds once the parcel has been shipped. If you have questions, please wait until the dress is delivered and then contact our support team.
8. Time Limits for Returns
Dresses cannot be refunded after three days of being signed for. This policy is in place due to repeated cases of customers requesting refunds after wearing the dresses once or twice. If you experience any issue, please report it to our service team immediately upon receipt.
9. Refund Timeline
Once the return is approved:

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
